Tools for These Scary Times

Number One: They aren’t scary. We are all just macrocosms of a larger larger reality (i.e. as within so without), so if they seem scary, you’re scared of yourself. In other words, what you see outside is a mirror. If it’s not beautiful, there is something you can’t accept about yourself. Find the thing first and send it love. Here is an example of that concept: if you are scared of me, you are scared of an aspect of yourself. I am pure love baby.

Number Two: If this feels like too much responsibility, let yourself be a little kid and call your mom

Number Three: If you don’t like your mom, that means you don’t like something about yourself, so send that love (again: reality is a mirror)

Number Four: Go back to step one

Number Five: If you find yourself at a standstill, call on any one you view as maternal and cry in their lap or ask for help in any way that resonates

Number Six: If you don’t like anyone (i.e. bc you can’t stop hating yourself) then say “mama” or “mother” in your head until you feel soothed

Number Seven: Book a session with me if nothing else works—either online or at my house or at my mom’s office in Belmont (we all need moms…). Just know that I charge 300 for 45 mins so only use this step if you really need it. But I am here to be your mom if all else fails. I love you all. All is well. I am here,.
